Performance and characteristics

1. This product integrates oil, desizing and other multi-functional, effectively removes the chemical fiber oil and
slurry on the fabric.
2. This product has strong detergency and good emulsifying and dispersing properties. It can be used in the same
bath with alkaline disperse dyeing of polyester fabric, or it can be used for degreasing and desizing of pretreatment
alone. It has excellent anti-sticking effect on oil and paste. The treated fabric is soft and lustrous. Good.
3. The product has low dosage and simple operation. Under normal circumstances, the slurry and oil on the fabric
can be removed without adding alkali.


Scope of application

It is suitable for degreasing and desizing treatment of polyester, nylon and other kinds of fabrics. It can also be
used for de-oiling and desizing dyeing of alkaline disperse dyes.


Instructions

1. Treatment process before oil removal and desizing separately:
CY-121: 1.0-1.5 g/L, bath ratio 1:10, 100 ° C × 30-40 min, washed with hot water.
2. Deoiling, desizing and dyeing the same bath process:
CY-121: 1.0-1.5g/L, alkaline disperse dye: X, bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130 ° C, holding time: 20-30 min.

The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.


Packaging and storage

25kg woven bag, sealed and protected from light, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
