Product Description
Fluorescent Whitening Agent CPS-B
I. PROPERTYAppearance: Slightly yellow dipersion
Ionicity: Non-ionic
Chemical structure: Stilbene benzene derivatives
Dyeing shade: Bluish
II. APPLICATION
1.With bluish white shade for polyester,triacetate fiber and their blends
in all stage of processing.
2.With good high temperature fastness and light fastness.
3.With good stability to hard water,peroxide bleaching,acids and alkalis.
4.With high fluorescent strength and brilliant white shade.
5. With good low temperature dyeing for 110ºC.
III. PROCESS METHOD
1.Exhaust process under high temperature
Dosage: FWA CPS-B 0.1-1.0% o.w.f Dispersant:0.5-1g/L
Acetic acid adjustment pH=5-6
Temperature×time:110-130ºC×30-40mins.
2. Exhaust process under low temperature
Dosage: FWA CPS-B 0.1-1.0% o.w.f Dispersant:0.5-1g/L
Acetic acid adjustment pH=5-6
Temperature×time:110ºC×30-40mins.
3.Continuous process
Dosage:FWA CPS-B1-10g/L Other auxiliaries:xg/L
Temperature×time:180-190ºC×30-60sec.
IV. PACKING
25kg plastic drum or according to customer request.
V.STORAGE STABILITY
1.The product is stable for 1 year when stored in closed containers at room
temperature.
2.The product is sensitive to cold below 0ºC and sensitive to heat above 40ºC.
3.The sediment usually developing with dispersions can be homogenized by
stirring.
