Performance and Characteristics
1. Detergent CY-02C has excellent decontamination effect, can effectively remove all kinds of stains on the fabric.The fabric surface is clean after treatment, and it can meet the decontamination requirements of light color fabric.
2. CY-02C has excellent oil removal effect, good compatibility of various oil agents, can avoid the fabric with oil and color flowers, stripe flowers and other problems.
3. CY-02C has excellent oil removal effect under different pH working fluid conditions, wide range of application, especially suitable for polyester dyeing one bath process.
4. CY-02C has excellent emulsification and dispersion performance to all kinds of oil agents.It can prevent the oil spots caused by the return adhesion of the oil agent.
5. CY-02C is suitable for all kinds of heavy stains, decontamination, degreasing requirements of the fabric processing process.

Recommended Dosage
1. N on-continuous deconfouling, degreasing process:
CY-02C: 0.3-2G/L, 80-130ºC×20-40min.PH value according to the actual needs of the factory adjustment, process:
2. Dyeing in the same bath process :(disperse dyeing)
CY-02C: 0.3-2G/L, levelling agent: 0.3-1g/ L, pH value according to the actual needs of the factory.
3.Continuous oil removal process :(polyester, nylon and blended fabric)
CY-02C: 1-6g/ L, 80-90ºC continuous treatment.pH value according to the fabric process, equipment,.
Please adjust the specific process through the sample.
Packaging and Storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed away from light storage. Shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
