Sylic FU5354 is generally applied by padding method to give finished fabrics excellent waterproof resistant properties.
Recommended process:
Initial waterproof
Sylic FU5354 20 - 40 g/L
Durable waterproof
Sylic FU5354 40 - 60 g/L
Crosslinker 5 -10 g/L
Processing condition
Chemical fiber: pad,liquid carrying capacity: 30-70%→curing 150 ºC to 180 ºC* 60 s
Cotton and blended, pad, liquid carrying capacity:
40-70%, and drying, 110-130 ºC * 1 min →curing 150ºC * 3 min or 170- 180ºC* 60s
