Main Feature
Water-based fluorine-free waterproofing agent is a durable waterproof treatment agent for fabrics, textiles and non-wovens.
It is manufactured from renewable resources, non-fluorinated, plant-based materials that degrade naturally over time.
1. Excellent hydrophobicity for a variety of natural fibers, synthetic blends and synthetic fibers, resistant to rain and water-based stains.
2. It has high durability for household washing fabrics and can still have waterproof protection after multiple washes.
3. Keep fabric breathable and comfortable to wear.
4. It has good stability and is compatible with commonly used finishing AIDS (including wetting agents and crosslinking agents).
5. It contains 60% renewable ingredients and is a recognized bio-based product.
Suitable for waterproof finishing of various fabrics
Polyester, nylon
Dosage 30-60 g/L
Liquid carrying rate 40-80%
Drying temperature 110-130ºC
Curing temperature 150ºC (180 seconds)/170ºC (60 seconds)
Note: 1, when using adjuvants, FU5356 must be thoroughly dissolved and diluted before adding it.
