Performance and Characteristics
1. It has excellent emulsifying, dispersing and permeating properties at low temperature. It can be used in cotton, polyester/cotton low-temperature pretreatment process to save steam energy consumption, at the same time, it can give the fabric a good scouring effect and improve the whiteness and hydrophilicity of the fabric.
2. Normal temperature alkali-resistant about 60g/LNaOH, a two-in-one product of low-temperature scouring agent and scouring agent, suitable for cotton, polyester/cotton fabrics in one or two steps of low-temperature bleaching pretreatment process.

1. High concentration and low foam, with the characteristics of low foam during use.

Application Range
Suitable for low temperature scouring and bleaching of polyester cotton and cotton woven by machine.

Recommended Dosage

1. Polyester&cotton machine weaving recommended one-step practice bleaching process :(recommended temperature 60-75ºC,50-60min)

Alkaloid 20-30g/L, 100% H2O2 10-15g/L, low-temperature scouring agent CY-189A 3-5g/L

1. Cotton machine weaving recommended two-step low-temperature scouring and bleaching process :(recommended temperature 75-80ºC,50-60min)

Alkali 30g/L, 100% H2O2 8-12 g/L, low-temperature scouring agent CY-189A 3-5g/L,Oxygen drift stabilizer 2g/L, chelating dispersant 2g/L
