Performance and characteristics
1. It has excellent penetration, emulsification and dispersion properties under alkaline conditions. When used in cotton
pretreatment process, it can impart good scouring, desizing effect and hand feeling to cotton fabric, especially suitable
for cold pile pretreatment process of cotton, improving desizing, whiteness and hydrophilicity of fabric, and also has excellent
effect on wax removal on cotton fabric.
2. The alkali resistance at normal temperature is about 100g/L, which is suitable for processes with working liquid alkali
concentration of 100g/L or less, such as cold stacking, continuous decoking and pre-treatment processes with one-bath
steaming of basic oxygen.
3. The product is a concentrated scouring agent, which is soluble in water and can be used directly or diluted with reduced
dosage.

Application range
It is suitable for cold stacking, alkali-oxygen one-bath matching and other pretreatment processes of all cotton and its blended
fabrics.

Use method
1. Cold stacking process:111C: 4-8g/L.
2. Continuous desizing process (no high-level tank): 111C: 2-4G/L.
3. Basic oxygen one-bath matching process: 111C: 1-5g/L;
H2O2. NaOH and other additives are combined and matched according to technological requirements.
Please adjust the specific process through the sample as appropriate.

Matters needing attention
1. Use a small amount of water to prepare a slurry with good fluidity before use, and then melt the material.
2. If the product freezes in cold season, it needs to be used in a greenhouse after melting, without affecting the use effect.

Packaging and storage
120kg plastic barrel, sealed and protected from light, with shelf life of 12 months at normal temperature.
