Fluorescent Whitening Agent NFW

I. PROPERTY

Appearance:  Yellow-green powder
Ionicity:  Anion
Chemical structure:  Stilbene derivatives
Shade:  Slightly violet shade

II. APPLICATION

   1.With slightly violet shade for polyamide ,cotton,wool and their blends
   2.With low appropriate for cotton and high appropriate for wool and silk.
   3.With high fluorescent strength and excellent fastness.
   4.With good pH stability:2-12
   5.With good stability to peroxide and reduction bleach.
   6. Be very suitable for silk,wool and blends whitening.
     
 
III.PROCESS METHOD

   1.For nylon and cotton
      After redution bleach process with nylon/cotton blends whitening .
   Dosage:FWA NFW  0.1-0.5% o.w.f          sodium sulfate:2-5g/L
   Liquor rate:1:10-20      Temperature×time:80-100ºC×30-60mins  
   2. For wool and silk
      After peroxide and reduction bleach process with wool and silk whitening.
   Dosage:FWA NFW  0.1-0.3% o.w.f     pH=4-6(acetic acid adjustment)
           Liquor rate:1:10-20      Temperature×time:60-100ºC×20-60mins

Q2: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ of conventional dye is 25kg/ barrel, the MOQ of auxiliary support 1 ton, and 500g sample trial pack is provided                 (sample fee and freight are required). 

Q3: How to ensure transportation safety?
A: The liquid additives are packed in UN-certified sealed drums, the powder dyes are packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil bags      + cardboard drums, and MSDS and dangerous goods transport documents are provided. 

Q4: Can I customize special functional auxiliaries?
A: Support the development of anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof and other functional additives, need to provide fabric                   composition, target performance indicators and test standards.
