Performance and Characteristics
1. No need to use caustic soda or reduce the dosage of caustic soda in the pretreatment process, as a scouring agent, chelating dispersant, oxygen drift stabilizer, with simple and convenient use, significantly reduce the process cost.
2. Excellent scouring effect, low alkali content, low weight loss rate, significantly improve the hand feeling and wool effect of the pre-treated fabric after scouring; It has a strong chelating ability of iron ion and can effectively improve the oxygen bleaching hole in fabric long turning process.
3. Low COD value and low wastewater discharge.
4. Excellent solubility, can dissolve in cold water.
5. The product is suitable for home textile padding pretreatment and whitening agent in the same bath processing process, with good stability, can prevent the precipitation of dye in the whitening agent, color spots and other problems.

Application Range
Suitable for cotton woven or knitted fabric intermittent and continuous pretreatment.

Recommended Dosage
1. Alkali oxygen one bath steaming process for cotton woven fabric:
CY-126:20-30g/L, H2O2 (100%) : 8-10g/L, temperature: 98-102ºC, steaming time: 60-90min.
2. Cold pile process of cotton woven fabric:
NaOH (100%) : 10-25g/L, CY-126:20-30g/L, H2O2 (100%) : 13-17g/L, piled at room temperature for 16-24h, alkali washing, hot washing.
3. Alkali oxygen one bath bleaching process for cotton knitting:
CY-126:2-3G /L, H2O2 (27.5%) : 5-7g/L, temperature: 95-98ºC, time: 40-60min.
