Performance and Characteristics
In neutral, weak acid and alkaline conditions CY-115D has excellent emulsifying, dispersing ability and degreasing effect,as a degreasing, emulsifying two-in-one product. The dispersion of chemical fiber oil agent, high viscosity of mechanical oil, dimethyl silicone oil and other substances.
It has special effects, preventing oil agent and other substances stained cylinder, and then stained cloth surface. In the same bath degreasing dyeing process, the color spots and flowers caused by oil agent and oligomer sticking to the cylinder can be eliminated, and the processing quality can be improved.

Application
Suitable for polyester weaving, warp knitting, weft knitting and spandex fabric or blended fabric pretreatment or dyeing with bath process.

Recommended Dosage
1. Polyester knitted fabric scouring and dyeing in the same bath degreasing process:
CY-115d: 0.3-1.0g/L, levelling agent: 0.3-1.0g/L, dye: X, temperature 120-130ºC, treatment for 30-60min, then cooling, water washing, out of the cylinder.
2. Spandex fabric pretreatment degreasing process:
CY-115d: 0.3-1.0g/L, soda: 1-2 g/L, temperature 90-110ºC, 30-60min.
3. Degreasing process of polyester embroidered cloth:
CY-115d: 0.5-1.5g/L, run at room temperature for 10min after adding degreanizer, then heat up to 80-100ºC, treat for 30-60min, and then overflow water and wash out of the cylinder.
4. Continuous degreasing process:
CY-115d: 1.0-3.0g/L, temperature: 80-100ºC pH value can be adjusted according to factory needs.
Please adjust the specific process through the sample.

Packaging and Storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed away from light storage, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
