Performance and characteristics
1. CY-111B has excellent alkali stability, and still has good stability in 200g/L sodium hydro xide aqueous solution.
2. CY-111B has excellent alkali-resistant permeability, ensuring the liquid-carrying rate of cotton fabric continuous pre-treatment and improving the refining effect.
3. Scouring and infiltrating two in one, so that the cotton fabric has a good refining effect.

Application
It is suitable for pre-treatment of cotton and its blended fabrics, especially for cold-rolled pile processes.

Recommend Dosage
1. Continuous de-cooking steaming process:
CY-111B: 7-12g/L, NaOH: 40-60g/L
Temperature: 98-102 ° C, steaming time: 60-90 min.
2. Cold rolling reactor pretreatment process:
CY-111B: 7-15g/L, NaOH: 40-70g/L, H2 O2 (100%): 10-15g/L
Stack at 35 ° C for 16-24h, then steam, alkali wash, hot wash.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.

Precautions
If the product freezes during the cold season, it needs to be used in the greenhouse until it is melted, without affecting the use effect.

Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
