Performance and Characteristics
In neutral, weak acid and alkaline conditions,CY-115 has excellent emulsification, dispersion ability, to disperse chemical fiber oil agent and  has special effects, preventing oil agent and other substances stained cylinder, and then stained cloth surface. In the same bath degreasing dyeing process, the color spots and flowers caused by oil agent and oligomer sticking to the cylinder can be eliminated, and the processing quality can be improved.

Application
Suitable for polyester warp, weft knitting and blended fabric pretreatment or dyeing with bath process.

Recommended Dosage
1. Polyester knitted fabric scouring and dyeing in the same bath degreasing process:
CY-115:0.3-1.0g/L, levelling agent: 0.5-1.0g/L, dye: X, temperature 120-130ºC, treatment for 30-60min, then cooling, water washing, out of the cylinder.
2. Degreasing process of polyester embroidered cloth:
CY-115:0.3-1.5g/L, after the addition of degreaser, run at room temperature for 10min, then heat up to 80-100ºC, treat for 30-60min, and then wash with overflow water and discharge from cylinder.
Please adjust the specific process through the sample.

Packaging and Storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed away from light storage, shelf life 12 months at room temperature.
