Sylic® Yarn Lubricant CY-4417


Product introduction
Prepared from waxes and polysiloxane compounds, suitable for the lubrication of sewing and embroidery threads.

Features
Colorless transparent liquid, non-ionic
Viscosity 100-150 mPas (25ºC)
Lubricant for sewing threads, especially for polyester fibers, imparts a uniform low coefficient of friction and good thread routing properties
It can improve the lubricity, antistatic property, friction resistance and smoothness of the thread
PH 6-7


Scope of application
Lubrication and finishing of sewing thread and embroidery thread,

Instructions
1) Reference dosage: oiling rate 2-6%
2) Application example:
It is applied to the final winding process after dyeing, reduction cleaning and drying.
Can be applied on godets, stick rolls or by metering pumps.

Normal sewing thread usage: 2 - 4 %
High-speed sewing thread usage: 4 - 6 %


Precautions
This product is sensitive to low temperature or high temperature and cannot be stored at a temperature <0°C or >40°C, otherwise irreversible qualitative changes may occur
